In Europe, the provision of Gift Cards is heavily regulated and
GiftFlex® is pleased to confirm that all the services we offer satisfy all regulatory requirements, including Financial Service Authority (FSA) accreditation and MasterCard® Certifications. Our partner bank, Newcastle Building Society, is fully authorised by the FSA to offer Shopping Centre Gift Card programmes and our Transaction Processor is fully certified for processing the new “UK Domestic Maestro” and the International Maestro® Card programmes on which our Gift Card Programmes are based.

GiftFlex® Gift Cards can incorporate your individual graphic design requirements including shopping centre's name and logo. GiftFlex® offers a fully managed service that includes MasterCard’s Maestro® , MasterCard® card design certification, transaction processing, banking, FSA compliance, secured Gift Card stock management, security, sales support & cardholder helpdesk infrastructure and with balance enquiries available from optional GiftFlex® Kiosks, leaving our customers to concentrate on marketing their new Gift Card.

GiftFlex® is able to generate Customer Relation Management (CRM) reports on consumers who buys Gift Cards and Gift Card recipients, giving an insight into card’s purchase and usage.

In addition to removing costs, the burden and financial liabilities of operating closed-loop Gift Vouchers, GiftFlex® offers a revenue generating opportunity turning an existing cost base into a revenue base.
